was founded in 1993 under the leadership of the late Mr. Cleo Ivey. Mr. Ivey
amassed over 40 years of experience in the environmental and geotechnical drilling
discipline. Mr. Ivey's leadership provided Phoenix Global Corporation with strong
and traditional corporate values which have shaped our corporate philosophy.
